Well, Facebook besides the social media also launched some devises as well. Recently the company has showcased its one of the prototype VR Bangle called Tasbi. This VR bangle squeezes and vibrates the wrists. This prototype is basically made for the purpose to feel the virtual world without using the gloves. Now, user will have the hand moments without using the gloves, just need to tie around the wrist and you feel the virtual world.

The device is a chunky, wrist-worn haptic bangle that uses a combination of squeezes and vibrations to let you “feel” what you’re doing in-game.

Facebook’s Prototype Tasbi

Facebook Reality Labs showed tactile technologies a prototype of Tasbi bracelets. It allows you to manage virtual space while still having several types of tactile feedback.

Coming to it working, the device is attached to the wrist and represents is a set of small modules connected to the main element like a very large smart watch. Adding together, each of the components of the gadget has a built-in linear actuator that can accurately transmit vibrations and dynamically adjust the voltage at each point where it is fixed.

On the other hand, bracelets can provide, according to the developers, “vibrations” and “squeezing” when the user interacts with the content. In this case, the interaction is not limited to the answer to what is happening inside the virtual world. It can also control holographic objects and allow them to “feel”.

Even though it does not touch users’ fingers, it has been designed to trick wearers into thinking that they experience sensations in their fingertips. Well, there have been no further details, but Facebook is planning to publish its research paper about the way the Tsabi works in the near future.
