Google has ultimately responded to the accidental reveal of the latest Nest smart speaker through administrative filings by, well, verifying its presence. The company just revealed an official photo of the device, referring to it only as “what the Nest team is working on from home.” Watch the video of the latest Google Nest Smart Speakers.
The details and specs are not yet out but we are hopeful that the company has much more for us to offer.

The speaker looks somewhere between the pillowy Nest Mini and the larger Google Home, with the comparable capability to stand vertically. The image shows it covered in a piece of blue fabric, while the photos from the filing described a more vague grey design.
Google also shared a short teaser video that reveals the speaker being used in the background, including a pinkish color choice.
