Well the biggest 8K OLED has bigger price. And Sony’s 98 inch 8K TV has surprisingly $70,000 price. The company at last is about to launch its 2019 TV lineup. On the other hand, it rival Samsung’s Q900 has $100,000 price. So it seems that Sony’s 98-inch 8K TV more affordable than Samsung. Now it is the era of smart TV, with high end tech models.

The company has detailed pricing and availability for the sets, and the 8K-capable Master Series Z9G will start at $13,000 for an 85-inch model when the series arrives in June, and a mind-numbing $70,000 for the 98-inch star attraction.

The 8K versions bring back Sony’s Backlight Master Drive technology, which utilizes “ultra-dense LED modules that are independently controlled” and can “intelligently boost the brightness in the areas where it needs to be boosted.

Sony’s TVs also use an Acoustic Surface Audio technology that, in the company’s words, “creates sound from the entire screen, providing pictures and sound in perfect harmony … a perfect unification of picture and sound that conventional TVs cannot deliver.” That or you could buy a decent soundbar.

On the other hand, with that TV, user will have Picture Processor X1 Ultimate chip. The Sony Z9G, 98-inch 8K TV has wide perks like Netflix Calibrated Mode. Besides that it has IMAX Enhanced and eventual Airplay 2 HomeKit support for for Apple base households.

Other that these, the Master Series A9G OLED line are priced higher than last year’s A8F models with a starting price of $3,500 for the 55-inch version.
