Oppo has lunched three new phones with the name Reno 2 series, following the original Reno release earlier this year. The series include Reno 2, Reno 2 Z, and Reno 2 F with four rear-facing cameras in various configurations paired with processors of varying power.  For the phones, instead of having a simple motorized pop-up cam, the Oppo Reno 2 features a pivoting wedge-shaped pop-up.

The Reno 2 will sell for $515, while the 2Z is $415 and both phones will be available next month.  Besides that there is no price mentioned for Reno 2 F.

While talking about the specs, the Reno 2 is equipped Snapdragon 730 processor. And it has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.  Besides that the phone has quad-cameras include Sony’s 48MP Ultra-Clear main camera, 8MP Wide Angle Lens, 13MP Telephoto Lens, and 2MP Mono Lens sensor. Thus, it there to capture “any shot you can dream up, near far, moving or still, day or night.”

On the other hand, the new Reno 2 comes with a 6.55-inch Dynamic AMOLED display featuring Full HD+ resolution. It also shows 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and an in-display fingerprint sensor and 4,000mAh battery.

Besides the Reno 2, the other two phones Reno 2 Z and Reno 2 F have lesser features. Both the phones have 6.53-inch OLED displays and a standard 16MP pop-up selfie cam. The other important change is that, both the phones have lesser processors. So, 2Z has a MediaTek Helio P90 chipset and the Reno 2F on a Helio P70. The main difference between the two is that the Z uses a Sony IMX 586 sensor and offers an Ultra Dark mode while the F uses Samsung’s GM1 sensor with Ultra Mode 2.0
