Canon CLIQ cameras has been introduced with instant printer feature. The pair of cameras is set to take on Fujifilm’s Instax mini-film cameras. Canon has announced its first two instant cameras, the IVY CLIQ+ and CLIQ. Both cameras can both save digital photos as well as print them out on ZINK photo paper. On the other hand, both the cameras pack built-in flashes and selfie mirrors, optical viewfinders, microSD card slots, USB charging and auto exposure/focus. Alongside these, they feature wide and comparatively fast 25.4mm f/2.2 lenses.
The cameras n IVY CLIQ and CLIQ+ can save digital photos or load them up with 10 sheets of Zinc paper and print in 2×2- or 2×3-inch formats.

Coming to the specification, it seems they are pretty neat choice for the price they are offering. The first one is the CLIQ+, it has an 8-megapixel sensor and full-lens selfie mirror. You can expand the memory via a microSD card slot, a reprint option to share recent shots with friends. While a selfie mirror surround by an LED light ring so you can get that perfect vanity shot.
On the other hand, the CLIQ has 5 megapixels and a smaller mirror. The CLIQ+ also has a ring flash around the lens, on top of the normal flash, for better, softer selfies and portraits, along with wireless Bluetooth connectivity. That allows you pair it with the Canon Mini Print mobile app. Besides that you it allows you to add filters, photo frames and text, or remotely shoot group photos.
Canon is late to launch an instant camera, considering the money to be made. Fujifilm sold 8.5 million Instax units in just three quarters last year. That is nearly doubling its sales in all of 2016, and sells its own film consumables on top of that. Unfortunately, Zink film is inferior to Fuji’s Instax film, which may dissuade instant camera aficionados looking at Canon
