Vivo was one of the first brands to roll out a phone with a mechanized slider in the first-gen NEX, and the manufacturer is now introducing a new version that ups the ante. The Vivo new NEX has a dual-screen design, with a front 6.39-inch screen joined by a 5.49-inch display at the back. Besides these it also have three rear cameras coupled with 10GB of RAM.
Vivo has launched a follow-up phone to earlier turning camera phone NEX. The Vivo new NEX is dual display edition. And it has the same curved design and loyalty to eliminating the display notch, but it takes a different approach from its original version.
Vivo New NEX
When talking about the phone, it has no front camera on the NEX dual display; instead it has to depend upon the display at the back of the phone to take selfies. New NEX has three cameras at the back of the phone, with a primary 12MP f/1.79 lens joined by a 2MP “Night Video” camera and a Time of Flight 3D camera. According to the company, its unique dual displayed for a factor to roll out features like Mirror Mode and Pose Director.
Coming to the screen, the front has 6.49-inch Super AMOLED 19:9 and at the back NEX has a smaller 5.49-inch Super AMOLED 16:9 display with a resolution of 1920×1080. The Vivo new NEX offers Snapdragon 845 processor with 10GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Alongside that, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB-C, and a 3500 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging.
The NEX phone comes with the latest version of Fun-touch OS, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie.Besides all, the new rear touch pad tech allows you play games with four finger. Earlier user can only use to fingers to play the games on the android sets. But the new dual display by Vivo lets you to change the gaming experience as well.
The NEX dual display is set to go on sale in China from December 29 for the $725. But the company hasn’t announced anything regarding international market.
