Electric motorcycles designed for urban riding are becoming an increasingly popular option. And electric bicycles are selling better than ever. But what happens when motorcycle and cycle combines, the result is eRockit pedal e-moto. Pedal-assist electric bikes have really taken off in recent year. This offers a last mile transport option that won’t leave you out of breath when you ride to work

So, the fast and electric driving feel gives by far the greatest fun factor in the electric bike segment. Not only is that it basically different from all known electric bicycles, electric scooters and electric motorcycles.

eRockit Pedal e-Moto

While talking about the aspects of the bike, The eRockit is not quite a sulk, nor is it a pedal-assist bicycle, but sort of blurs the line between the two. In fact, the ebike functions like a bicycle but offers motorcycle-like performance. It has boasts of fast acceleration and a top speed of more than 80 km/h (50 mph) from its clutch-free direct drive being made.

Coming to the technical details, the brushless, permanent magnet synchronous motor offers 16 kW of power. Alongside that, it serves to multiply leg-pumping action by over 50 times. The ebike ranges from the 6.6 kWh battery pack is given as over 120 km (74.5 mi) per four hour charge.

On the other hand, the eRockit is German-made and even comes with a slew of awards to its name, including a Red Dot Award. Germans can already order the eRockit, but everyone else will have to wait until at least 2020. That’s when the company plans to begin exports.

The e-moto has undergone over 150,000 km (more than 93,200 mi) of test rides. It has now been officially launched in Berlin. The 2019 eRockit series e-motos are priced at US$13,35.
