Aprilia has announced the 2019 Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory. The superbike now features a 1078cc V4 powerplant and a claimed 217 horsepower. There have been several updates done to boost it performance. Aprilia already had a remarkably stylish frame structure on the previous model, which offered plenty adjustment options. There are new steering bushings which lower the headstock slightly; the wheelbase is shortened in a small amount.

So for the new Aprilia’s RSV4 1100, it keeps the same frame as before with the new Factory version. But base setup and the weight distribution have been revised.

While talking about the changes made to this super bike, it has extremely considered APRC electronics package is equipped on both the Factory and RR versions of the new RSV4. This suite includes Aprilia Traction Control, Wheelie Control, Launch Control, Quick Shift, Pit Limiter, and Cruise Control.

Besides that there’s also multi-map cornering ABS, developed in collaboration with Bosch, and it works with an Aprilia Real Lift Mitigation system to keep the rear wheel planted during hard braking. On the other sides, as an upgrade, Aprilia also makes its V4-MP multimedia platform available, allowing you to connect a smartphone to the machine via Bluetooth.

The Engine

Now the power, It’s a 999.6cc V4-powered bike with the same adjustable frame as supplied on the Factory 1100. Power output is rated at 201 horsepower at 13,000 rpm and 85 lb-ft of torque at 10,500 rpm.

Aprilia has boost the RSV4 Factory up to 1100cc, 217 horsepower and a top speed around 305 km/h (190 mph). It maintains the 65-degree V-4 architecture and 52.3-mm stroke of last year’s RSV4 engine, but each cylinder gets bored out from 78 to 81 mm, making it even more oversquare and rev-happy than its predecessor, singing soprano up to a 13,600 rpm rev limit. Torque peaks at 11,000 rpm with 122 Nm (90 lb-ft).
