It seems that cars are getting electrifying. And now Norway auto manufacturer is looking to other electric car companies a challenge with the Fresco Reverie Electric Car. This electric vehicle seems to be inspired by the design of Tesla cars with its smooth, minimalist silhouette. Besides that the company is hoping to become rival the Tesla Model S and Model 3.
It’s an all-electric cat with a thorough design that is somehow suggestive of both the original Tesla Model S prototype.
Electric Freco Reverie
While, talking about it sizes, he size of the Fresco Reverie is somewhere between a Tesla Model S and Model 3. These two models are most popular electric vehicles in Norway. On the other hand, other than pictures and some specific details, the company has not revealed much of the details. For the range, the company didn’t offer any specifics and instead, it only said that owners will not have any range anxiety.
In terms of performance specs, the Reverie will reach 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2 seconds and achieve a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph). On the other hand, it claims to achieve that with an AC induction motor and a 4-speed automatic gearbox with “overdrive.”
Besides that, the electric car will have a four-speed automatic gearbox. And that is with overdrive power by an electric AC induction motor and a modular battery that operates similar to a drawer.
Other than this, Fresco is also planning to build its battery packs in such a way as to make them modular and for easy slide-in, slide-out replacements. Whereas, the battery will have potential capability to allow drivers to physically exchange spent cells for charged ones in a jerrycan-like emergency process. Therefore, charging will be “quick,” and the Reverie will have the capability to charge wirelessly.
The EV will also include state of the art features, such as portable batteries. The electric sedan will measure 189.4 inches long, 87.8 inches wide and 55.1 inches tall.
