Kaia’s motion-tracking workout app is an updated version of their tracking motion. Last year, Kaia Health with an app that tracks the motion using your phone’s camera was cheered up. That app helped many users to achieve best squat form. Now, Kaia is inspiring the concept with an updated version of motion-tracking workout app called Kaia Personal Trainer.
Kaia Personal Trainer will track the exercises and reps, create workout plans tailored to you and offer audio feedback in real time.

The Kaia Personal Trainer will use the iPhone’s camera plus some AI smarts to track your movements as user go through the personalized fitness plans.
The app uses 16-points of reference to track your exercises, count your reps and give you audio feedback in real time. That last point is important, as you need to be about seven feet away from your phone for it to be able to track you.
It doesn’t need any equipment other than an iPhone or iPad running iOS, though you might still opt to use a fitness tracker. Once you get into position around seven feet away from your device, the app’s AI uses a 16-point system to compare the way you move to optimal movement, looking at factors including the positions and angles of your limbs and joints. The app will tweak the difficulty level and exercises based on your feedback.
The company proposes the users to set the iPhone up on the floor against a table leg, so it can see the user clearly and user can still see the portrait-orientated display.
The focus is on the position of the limbs and joints, and the angles between them. The app’s feedback is intended to help reduce the risk of injury, but also help the users to work on muscles correctly and in the most competent way possible.
